When the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) approached me to contribute to their 2018-2019 annual report, it was a testament to the importance of strategic branding, creative concept development, and compelling photography. This project demanded a comprehensive understanding of their mission to provide fair and efficient tenancy services while upholding tenant and landlord rights.
The branding aspect involved aligning the RTA's core values and visual identity, ensuring consistency and professionalism throughout the report. By infusing their branding elements, such as color schemes and typography, we maintained a cohesive representation of their authority.
Developing a creative concept required careful consideration. We aimed to present the RTA as an approachable yet authoritative organization. The chosen concept emphasized the harmony of tenant-landlord relationships and the resolution of disputes.
Photography played a pivotal role in humanizing the annual report. We captured images that portrayed real-life scenarios, reinforcing the RTA's commitment to fostering secure and respectful tenancies.
This collaboration culminated in a well-received annual report that not only presented vital information but also conveyed the RTA's dedication to enhancing the renting experience for all parties involved.
